Services We Offer

1. We provide professional, licensed tourist guides for walking tours in Kuala Lumpur, for Kuala Lumpur city tours, tours to different states in Malaysia and to ten countries in South-East Asia. We offer Thematic Tour packages, derived from T.O.U.R.I.S.T. to ten South-East Asia countries, and promoting the sustainable development goals in each of them at the same time:

   • T - (Old) Town

     Tours that cover the old town of the above mentioned countries.

   • O - (Originality) Food

     Promoting the authentic, local cuisine started and only found in that region.

   • U - UNESCO

     Tours to places that have been given the UNESCO award.

   • R - Rainforest

     Tours covering nature and caves.

   • I - Island

     Promoting tours in, below or on the sea.

   • S - Spiritual

     Tours where tourists can participate together with the locals as the latter perform their spiritual devotion at temples, thus allowing tourists to have a better understanding of each items used in the prayers.

   • T - Traditional Trades

     Tours to learn and discover more about the traditional trades of the peoples in South-East Asia.

2. As tourist information centre: We assist tourists by giving information on direction and best modes of transport to heritage and touristic places in Kuala Lumpur.

3. We provide explanation on heritage, history and true stories of the old town of Kuala Lumpur and old town in ten countries in South-East Asia to tourists who want to learn more.

4. We assist tourists with arrangements to book their transportation on land (buses and trains) for a small service charge. In the future, we would also provide such arrangements for air (flight) and sea (boats and ferries).

5. We assist tourists to book their hotel accommodation in Kuala Lumpur, in other states in Malaysia and in ten countries in South-East Asia for a small service charge.

6. We provide a fun, interactive and learning centre for tourists to spend time with us. We conduct cool activities to promote our intangible heritage like heritage foods, (cooking demonstration and food tasting), heritage games, (reviving and playing heritage games), old town heritage stories (by telling true stories of the old town heritage) and more in the future.

7. We are also an established NGO - Malaysian Women Tourist Guide Association (MWTGA); we provide training for tourist guides to better equip them with knowledge of guiding and a networking platform for them to grow steadily in the challenging world. We also created South-East Asia Tourist Guide Association (SEATGA) which brings together the selected tourist guide associations in South-East Asia, building a strong community of association members who come together to solve issues affecting tourist and tourist guides in South-East Asia.

8. We provide free Kuala Lumpur maps to tourists.
